About Us

My name is Kim Knight and I’ve been in the trucking industry for over 30 years. I started in trucking as a log auditor for a large trucking company working with containers at 20 years old. As I grew to a supervisor specializing in safety and fuel tax, I also became a huge advocate for truckers, owner-operators, and the major hurdles they have to overcome in order to survive in this crazy trucking world.

As time moved on and I started a family, I worked from home for a few trucking companies auditing logs, hosting safety meetings, and processing fuel tax. I worked part time for many years as an employee of a small license and permitting company in Illinois. In 2010 I began working full time while my children were in school, and in 2015 I became the manager of the licensing company, and ran the company until I started my own in 2022. My passion is incorporating individuals and starting trucking companies from the ground up, as I love to watch the success of the one truck company growing into large carriers. It is that success that has kept me excited and keeps me encouraged to continue.

I’m an expert in authorities, corporations, plating, fuel tax, titling, safety, and much more.
